LEGAL NOTICES, TERMS OF USE, TERMS OF SALE AND COOKIE POLICY

1. General Information

Creating a user account is required to access and use the Platform.
The user account is strictly personal and cannot be used by a third party, directly or indirectly.
The user acknowledges that the Platform reserves the right to suspend or withdraw access to the service if:
- False, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information is provided during registration.
- The account is used by a third party.
Under no circumstances can the Platform's liability be engaged in case of error, omission or inaccuracy in the information provided by the user

The User can cancel their Service subscription at any time via the procedure indicated on the Platform.
The User retains access to the SVOD Offer until the end of the current billing period.
Payments are non-refundable, and no refund or credit will be granted for partial subscription usage periods or for any unwatched programs.

Several subscription plans are offered, providing access to a content catalog according to the subscribed offer.
Some subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) content may require additional payment, even for subscribers to a basic plan
Additional fees applicable to certain content are indicated before any purchase or rental.
Prices are displayed in Tunisian Dinar (TND) or Euro, depending on geographical location.

Viewed and/or downloaded programs are protected by national and international provisions regarding copyright and related rights.
Program usage is strictly limited to private use, excluding any representation, collective, public or paid broadcasting.
Any attempt to circumvent territorial restrictions (notably via VPN) is prohibited.
Strictly prohibited:
- Editing, lending, exchanging, reproducing, duplicating, transmitting, distributing in whole or in part of the Programs.
- Resale, exchange, rental or transfer to a third party.
Any offender is subject to criminal and/or civil sanctions.
Programs may be protected by a Digital Rights Management system (DRM), ensuring usage flexibility while protecting rights holders.

Subscription and paid content prices are indicated in Tunisian Dinar (TND) or Euro for the user, all taxes included.
Payment is made online via bank card or any other payment method accepted by the Platform.
The Platform reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

The Platform makes every effort to ensure quality service, but cannot be held responsible for:
- Temporary interruptions.
- Technical failures.
- Service unavailability independent of its will.
The Platform cannot be held responsible in case of:
- Force majeure.
- Fortuitous case.
- Technical maintenance.
- Any other reason independent of its will or in case of Service shutdown.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription in case of non-compliance with ToU or ToS by the user.

These ToU, ToS and legal notices are governed by Tunisian law.
Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis, Tunisia.
